Ingenious Minds

Straight answers to the questions businesses ask us most before starting a website, app or marketing project. If yours is not here, send us a message and we will reply personally.

Working With Ingenious Minds

Our team works with businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia. We have a particular focus on healthcare and dental practices, media and publishing, travel and tourism, construction and real estate, fashion and apparel, and IT companies. Everything is done remotely by email and video call, and we schedule meetings around your time zone.

Send us a message through our contact page with a short description of your business and what you want to achieve. We reply with a few questions, then share a written proposal covering scope, timeline and cost. Work begins once you approve it.

It depends on the scope. A five-page business website and a multi-channel advertising program are very different jobs, so we do not publish one-size-fits-all packages. After a short discovery conversation we send a written quote for projects, or a monthly plan for ongoing marketing, so you know what you are paying for before you commit.

Yes. For healthcare and dental clients we follow HIPAA-compliant practices when handling anything that touches patient information, from website forms to marketing data. One useful fact: HIPAA has no official certification, because the US Department of Health and Human Services does not certify companies or products. Be cautious of any vendor that calls itself “HIPAA certified”. We are happy to walk through how we work before you sign anything.

Yes. Many clients bring us in for a specific gap, such as design, development, ad management or content, while their own team handles the rest. We share files, keep communication clear and work inside the tools you already use.

Web Design & Development

A focused business website commonly takes a few weeks from approved content to launch, while larger or custom builds take longer. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback arrive, so we agree a schedule with you at the start and keep to it.

WordPress suits most business websites, blogs, portfolios and many online stores because you can edit content yourself and the ecosystem is mature and well supported. A custom build makes sense for complex applications or unusual requirements. We recommend whichever fits your goals and budget, not whichever is easier for us.

Yes. On WordPress you can update text, images, blog posts and pages from the dashboard without touching code. We show you how at handover so you are not dependent on us for everyday changes.

Every site we build is designed for mobile screens first and tested on real phone sizes. We compress images and remove unused code, because page speed affects both your visitors and how Google measures page experience.

Yes. We build stores on WooCommerce and similar platforms with product pages, secure checkout through payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal, and shipping and tax settings. See our e-commerce solutions page for more.

Yes. Ongoing support covers software updates, backups, security checks and small content changes, so your site stays fast, secure and current. You can also manage it yourself and contact us only when you need help.

Digital Marketing & SEO

No, and you should be wary of any agency that does. Google has said no one can guarantee a top ranking. What we can commit to is a clear plan, work focused on what you can control, regular reporting and honest advice about what is and is not working.

They solve different problems. Google Ads and Meta Ads can bring leads within days but stop when the budget stops. SEO takes longer but keeps paying off. Many businesses run ads for immediate enquiries while SEO builds. Local service businesses often start with local SEO and a well-managed Google Business Profile.

It depends on your industry, location and goal, because the cost of a click varies widely. We estimate using keyword and audience data, start at a level that lets us learn quickly, then put more budget behind what works. Your ad spend goes to the ad platform, and our fee covers managing the campaigns.

Only the ones where your customers actually spend time. B2B companies usually get more from LinkedIn, while retail, food and fashion often do better on Instagram and Facebook. We recommend a small number of platforms to do well rather than being everywhere.

We report in plain language on what matters to the business: leads, calls, form submissions and cost per lead, not just clicks and impressions. Each report ends with what we plan to change next.

We help you ask happy customers for genuine reviews, respond professionally to feedback, monitor mentions of your brand and address inaccurate content through the proper channels of each platform. We cannot delete honest negative reviews, and we never write fake ones.

Digital Content

We start with research into your customers’ questions and what already ranks, then write from your real business knowledge with original examples and clear answers. We follow Google’s guidance on helpful, people-first content, and we never copy or spin material from other sites.

Consistency matters more than volume. For most small and mid-sized businesses, two to four well-researched posts a month plus regular updates to existing pages works better than daily thin posts.

No honest agency can promise coverage. A strong release is built around real news, written the way journalists prefer and distributed to relevant outlets. Even when it is not picked up, it can still support brand mentions and give you an authoritative page to link to.

They are one of the best ways to reach new people on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, especially for awareness. Short, captioned videos that show your product, team or a quick tip tend to perform best, and they can be reused on your website.

We look at organic traffic, rankings for target keywords, time on page, and most importantly the enquiries and sales that content leads to. We review results regularly and update or retire pieces that are not performing.

Enterprise Solutions

Yes. We connect to CRM, ERP, accounting, payment and marketing tools through their APIs, so teams stop re-entering the same data in several places.

We use encrypted connections, role-based access so people see only what they need, regular backups and tested update procedures. For healthcare work we follow HIPAA-compliant practices.
